Description

Store your valuable artwork the way museums do.  We've been making these archival quality boxes for years on a custom basis, and now offer them in stock sizes.  These boxes are ideal for storing all of your rolled artworks, photographs and textiles.  Utilizing the finest quality archival tube, strong double wall box with lid, and integrated tube supports.

Our uniquely designed tube supports overlap the tube by 1" on each end, and extend past the tube by 1".  This design ensures that the tube will stay stationary in the box.  The locking mechanism behind the tube makes sure that the supports will not shift and come in contact with your object at any time.  Thumb cutouts allow for easy removal of the tube supports, and the tube itself.

Stock boxes are constructed with 40" and 60" tube lengths and will have 38" or 58" of usable area respectively between the supports.  The boxes housing the 4.5" diameter tube have interior dimensions 7"x7", and the boxes housing the 6" diameter tube have interior dimensions 9"x9".  Custom sizes are also available.

Constructed from our exclusive B-flute  Heritage® Corrugated Board, and Textile Rolling Tubes.  This box is equipped to handle heavy loads.

All bases and lids will have two folded over walls, and two single material thick walls.  The doubled walls always alternate between the base and lid ensuring that each wall has three layers of material when closed.

All boxes are proudly made in Brooklyn NY.

Custom sizes & additional reinforcing options are available. Please email or call (info@talasonline.com, 212-219-0770).
