Heritage Archival Flag Box

This special Heritage^TR Acid-free Box has a self-locking design suitable for long term storage of your folded flag.
Made from our sturdy acid-free and lignin-free Heritage^TR Corrugated Board in E-PLUS.

This Triangular shaped box is strong enough to allow for stacking on shelves. The thumb cutouts allow for easy opening of the box.

Both boxes are 2.75" deep (inside).  The smaller 12"x12" box is intended for a 3'x5' flag, and the larger 15"x15" box is intended for a 5'x9.5' flag.

For flags that are made from protein-based materials (such as silk or leather) we recommend wrapping the object or lining the box with Unbuffered Tissue Paper.

Heritage Corrugated Board is manufactured to the following specifications:
*100% bleached alpha cellulose
*Without the use of recycled or wooden fibers
*No optical brighteners
*Kappa level: 1 - 2 = lignin-free (TAPPI T 236 om-99)
*pH cold extraction: 8.0 - 9.5 (TAPPI T 509 om-02)
*Alkaline reserve (buffer) >3% calcium carbonate
*Adhesive: Potato starch, ph 7.0, moisture proof.
