Hewit Fair Goat Leather

This is a natural goatskin bookbinding leather, manufactured using Scandinavian goat skins, is ideal for conservation, repair and restoration. This lightfast leather is biscuit coloured and, with its sheep-like grain pattern, is often used for the re-backing of old sheep and goatskin bindings. This leather is supplied undyed, but is well suited for dyeing and other treatments by the binder.
