Japanese Paper Knife

Finest quality knife with hand-forged blade. Made in Japan. This knife is constructed from a combination of two different steels: a harder layer of steel laminated to a softer layer of steel. This creates a blade which has a unique hard, highly razor sharp cutting edge with the ability to absorb shocks in a way which reduces the possibility of the blade breaking or bending. Overall length: 9". Blade size: 4 1/2" X 2 1/2" at its widest point.
