TALAS is seeking a Customer Service team member. This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Brooklyn NY. We currently offer a hybrid work from home schedule.

Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

- Actively engage with phone/email customers to fully identify needs, respond to inquiries or questions, and offer timely quality solutions.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Work to assess, research and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Provide general information, order status, check stock and technical support as needed by customers.
- Work closely with the warehouse team and management to help provide the best possible service to customers.
- Billing of orders and filing orders and other customer related documents.
- Other tasks assigned by management and always being willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

Salary: $19-25/hr

Warehouse Team Member


Join our close knit team as warehouse team member.

The successful candidate will be detail oriented and have an intimate knowledge of material handling and care.

Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

- A sensitivity to materials for packing, and their selection in relation to the items at hand.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Ability to complete inventory paperwork clearly and professionally.
- Building and packaging of products.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and execute detailed paperwork.
- Assist in item receipt and item put away.
- Assist customers with orders, questions and customer service as needed.
- Other tasks assigned by management and always being willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

Salary: $19-25/hr
