Full Time Temporary (in person)



This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 12 months, ending on or around April, 1 2027. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may be modified based on business needs. While this position is temporary, there may be an opportunity for extension or consideration for a permanent role based on business needs and performance. However, no guarantee of continued employment is implied.

The successful candidate will be detail oriented and have an intimate knowledge of material handling and care.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy
- Prepare small parcel shipments via FedEx, USPS, and other carriers.
- Build and prepare palletized freight shipments for LTL transport
- Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage in transit
- Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation
- Coordinate daily carrier pickups and manage outgoing shipment flow

Receiving & Inventory Control
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
- Inspect goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies
- Accurately label, organize, and store inventory
- Maintain clean and well-organized warehouse space
- Perform stock counts and assist with inventory audits
- Report inventory issues and assist in resolving discrepancies

Quality Control
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify defects or inconsistencies and escalate when necessary
- Maintain documentation of quality checks and issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes

Light Manufacturing & Assembly
- Manufacture and assemble in-house products such as: Bag weights, Mylar envelopes and other custom or packaged goods
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all manufactured items
- Maintain production equipment and workspace

Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 50 lbs)
- Familiarity with shipping platforms (FedEx, USPS, etc.) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (label printing, order systems, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Salary: $20-25/hr
