The transparent nature of watercolor means the paper is a vital part of the finished picture as the paper shows though the painting. Tints are an ideal way of adding atmosphere to your paintings. Using a tint isn't a new idea as Turner created some of his finest watercolors on tinted paper in the 1800's. Bockingford tints are available in 5 lightfast colors.
100% high alpha cellulose, pH neutral, mouldmade in England by St. Cuthberts Mill, internal and external sized for all aqueous techniques, no deckles.
