New to our inventory from the St Armand Mill in Montreal Canada are the Canal Papers. These machine made papers are produced on their Fourdrinier machine in a wonderful range of colors.The St. Armand Canal Papers offer a wonderful and wide range of exquisite colors that makes them a favorite for bookbinders and designers. They are ideal for printmaking, letterpress, pastel, drawing and painting in acrylic, gouache and watercolor where the background color of the paper will enhance the work of art. Please note that the colors and sheet size can vary from batch to batch.Colors are made by using Cotton Rag, no bleach or cooking, Flax and Straw mixed with the rag, as well as Sisal mixed with cotton rag.
