Golden PVA Conservation Paints
Description
Golden's Artists Colors PVA Conservation Paints are produced from a 1:1 blend of AYAA and AYAC polyvinyl acetate resins, which are dissolved in ethanol. The paint dries quickly to form a very durable film, with excellent chemical resistance to acids/alkalis, water and ultraviolet resistance. All pigments are chosen for the greatest clarity and permanency within each chemical class. Useful in art conservation for inpainting. Remains soluble in ethanol (95%), methanol, acetone, and various ketonic and acetate solvents. Sold in 1oz. Jars.
