Scharf-Fix Replacement Brass Plate

Small replacements parts for the Scharf-Fix Paring machine. This is the small metal piece and screw which holds the cutting blade in place. Many customers have called us frantically over the years having droped one or both of these pieces on the floor and they have gone missing while changing out a blade - rending the Scharf-Fix temporarly useless. We now stock these small pieces!
