Gilder's Tip

Gilders tips are special brushes used for moving leaf from the book, to cushion, to work surface by static charge.  These represent the finest gilders tips handmade in France of squirrel hair, mounted to a cardboard holder and available in two weights. Double weight has more hair and is used for moving heavier metals such as silver, platinum and metal leaf. Single weight is generally used for gold leaf.  Both weights available in two widths.
